Task Description
工作内容：

1) Participation in M&A projects, support the team in preparation and presentation of transaction related documents
参与并购交易项目，在交易材料的准备和演示方面为团队提供支持

2) Responsible for translation, collation, categorization and archive of the materials and documents
负责对材料和文件进行翻译、整理、归类、存档

3) Fundamental market and business research and analysis in the context of M&A transactions
针对并购交易进行基本的市场和商业的研究和分析

4) Participation in transaction related meetings and write the meeting minutes
参与交易项目的会议，整理会议记录

5) Support other transaction related issues and report to the project leader
对其他项目相关事宜提供支持，并汇报给项目领导

Your Profile
职位要求：
1) Bachelor or Master Student in Finance, Economics, Management, or related disciplines with strong academic performance
金融、经济、管理或相关学科的本科或硕士生，学习成绩优异

2) Have practical experience in corporate finance or M&A, e.g. at investment banks, accounting firms, law firms and financial consultancy would be an add-on
在投行、律所、会计师事务所和财务咨询公司有跟企业融资和并购的相关经验者优先

3) Very strong in written and spoken English. German language skills are a plus
非常好的英语口语及书面能力，同时掌握德语技能者优先。

4) Highly motivated and committed with very good analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
积极性高，责任心强，具有非常好的分析能力，注重细节。

5) Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
熟练操作Excel、PPT等常用办公软件

6) Currently based in Düsseldorf or cities around would be preferred
目前住在杜塞尔多夫或周围城市者优先
