job description
1. Assist to improve the administrative process and management work; complete the writing tasks of various notices, reports, meeting minutes, surveys and other administrative documents as required;
2. Assist in the improvement of human resource management, track human resource plans and reasonable deployment; assist in personnel salary management
3. Cooperate with the department to do a good job of data analysis, maintenance management and secondary development of stock customers; assist the department to do a good job of on-site consultation and service for customers who are close to the counter;
4. Complete other daily tasks assigned by the leader.
job requirements:
